Cancellation Policy
If the guest cancels the booking or does not appear on the day of arrival, the landlord's claim to the rent remains. The rent depends on the time of the cancellation:
- from 3 months before arrival 30% of the amount agreed for the rental.
- from 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the amount agreed for the rental,
- from 4 weeks before arrival 80% of the amount agreed for the rental
- from 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the amount agreed for the rental
The landlord is required to rent the apartment in case of cancellation or no-show. Should the apartment be otherwise let, the amount will be reduced to the amount of the difference at a lower re-letting price. The landlord reserves the right to charge a processing fee of € 25.00 including VAT in the event of cancellation or non-arrival of the guest.
