Booking conditions
Down payment: 30% of the rental price on booking
Deposit: 100, - €
Price per week from 403 EUR including final cleaning
Arrival day: Daily - earliest arrival time: 16:00 o'clock
Departure: by 10:00 at the latest
Cancellation policy
If the guest cancels the booking or does not appear on the day of arrival, the landlord's claim to the rent remains.
The rent depends on the time of the cancellation:-
up to 3 months before the rental date, 30% of the amount agreed for the rental.
- from 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the amount agreed for the rental
- from 4 weeks before arrival 80% of the amount agreed for the rental
- from 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the amount agreed for the rental
If the landlord can otherwise rent the apartment in the case of cancellation or no-show, only compensation for damage in the amount of the difference to a lower re-leasing price is due. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
